Natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Submission of a Wholesale Enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed order, guarantee wholesale approval, reserve inventory, or create a commercial agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a wholesale quotation is not a confirmed order.

A quotation may include an expiry date. If no expiry date is specified, pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation before the order is accepted.

We may revise a quotation before order confirmation where there has been a pricing error, inventory change, shipping change, specification change, or other material change.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue products.

• Change product availability.

• Refuse unusually large or suspicious orders.

• Correct inventory errors.

• Reserve stock for confirmed orders.

• Apply minimum quantities to wholesale purchases.

If an item becomes unavailable after an accepted retail order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, cancellation, or refund.

For wholesale orders, we may discuss an alternative product, adjusted quantity, revised delivery schedule, credit, cancellation, or another mutually appropriate solution.

7. Retail Prices and Taxes

Retail prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices displayed by Sewak Tybah are intended to include applicable sales tax where required and configured for the sale.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be shown separately before the customer completes the order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Price changes will not normally affect an already confirmed retail order unless there was an obvious pricing, technical, or system error.

Discounts, promotional pricing, and shipping charges may be subject to separate conditions.

8. Wholesale Pricing and Taxes

Wholesale prices may differ from prices displayed on our retail website.

Wholesale prices may be communicated through:

Wholesale pricing may depend on order quantity and other commercial conditions.

Any applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, freight charges, customs costs, or other charges will be handled according to the terms communicated for the relevant order and applicable law.

Wholesale buyers are responsible for reviewing the quotation or invoice before confirming the order.

9. Retail Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

We may verify, accept, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Pricing or product information was displayed incorrectly.

• Payment cannot be verified.

• Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.

• Fraud or misuse is suspected.

• The order appears unusual or commercially inappropriate.

If we cancel a prepaid retail order after successfully receiving payment, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

10. Wholesale Order Confirmation

A wholesale order will normally be treated as confirmed only after the relevant commercial terms have been agreed and Sewak Tybah has communicated acceptance or confirmation of the order.

Depending on the order, confirmation may include agreement regarding:

• Quantities

• Prices

• Payment terms

• Deposit or advance payment

• Packaging

• Delivery or shipping

• Preparation time

• Custom requirements

• Other relevant conditions

A Wholesale Enquiry alone does not constitute an accepted wholesale order.

We may require full payment, partial advance payment, or a deposit before reserving stock or beginning preparation.

11. Retail Order Cancellations

Retail customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled, packed, processed, or dispatched.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, we may begin preparing the order for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once an order has been shipped, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

12. Wholesale Order Cancellations

Wholesale or bulk-order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a wholesale order may not be cancellable once Sewak Tybah has begun:

• Reserving stock

• Procuring products

• Preparing products

• Custom packaging

• Labelling

• Private-label preparation

• Packing

• Processing the order

• Arranging freight or delivery

• Incurring costs specifically for the order

Where a deposit or advance payment has been made for a customised, specially sourced, or specially prepared wholesale order, some or all of that amount may be non-refundable where costs have already been reasonably incurred.

Any written cancellation terms agreed for a particular wholesale transaction will take priority over this general provision.

13. Customer and Business Information

Customers and wholesale buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

This may include:

• Full name

• Business name

• Phone number

• Shipping address

• Billing address

• Email address

• Country or region

• Information required for payment or delivery

Sewak Tybah is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer or business buyer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your information.

14. Payment

Payment methods available for retail orders may include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Easypaisa

• JazzCash

• Bank transfer

• Other electronic or manual payment methods that we may make available

Availability of individual payment methods may change.

By selecting or using a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use that method.

Electronic payments may be processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.

Third-party payment providers may operate according to their own terms, policies, processing times, and security procedures.

Wholesale payment methods and payment schedules may be agreed separately for each order.

15. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers must provide accurate order and delivery information and make reasonable arrangements to receive the parcel.

We may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, or another appropriate method to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, intentionally false orders, or abusive ordering behaviour may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

COD may not be available for certain wholesale, bulk, customised, or high-value orders.

16. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly.

Delivery times displayed on our website, at checkout, or communicated for wholesale orders are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays

• Freight delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Strikes

• Road closures

• Security conditions

• Incorrect customer information

• Remote delivery locations

• Customs or regulatory processes where relevant

• Other logistical disruptions

Wholesale orders may require different shipping, freight, collection, or delivery arrangements depending on quantity and destination.

17. Retail Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible retail returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions contained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an item being damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly supplied by Sewak Tybah.

Sewak Tybah currently applies no standard restocking fee to eligible retail returns.

Because Miswak, natural oils, and other personal-care products may be hygiene-sensitive, opened, used, unsealed, contaminated, or improperly handled products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Customers should review our Return and Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

18. Wholesale Returns and Refunds

The standard 7-day retail return policy does not automatically apply to wholesale or bulk orders.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, confirmed wholesale or bulk orders are generally not returnable solely because:

• The buyer changes their mind.

• Stock does not sell.

• Customer demand changes.

• The buyer ordered more stock than required.

• The buyer later finds a different supplier or price.

Custom-packed, private-label, personalised, specially sourced, or specially prepared wholesale products may be non-returnable once preparation has begun.

This does not prevent a wholesale buyer from making a genuine claim where products were:

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective

• Missing

• Incorrectly supplied

• Materially different from the agreed order

Approved wholesale claims may be resolved through replacement stock, exchange, credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

Any written return terms specifically agreed for a wholesale order will take priority.

19. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Customers and wholesale buyers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number, invoice number, or wholesale reference

• Details of the issue

• Clear photographs or video where appropriate

• Packaging information where relevant

• Quantity affected where relevant

We will review genuine claims and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and any order-specific terms.
